We are a market leading manufacturer and distributor of Decorative Paints and High Performance Coatings, first established in Malta in 1979.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and service oriented Sales Representative to join our team and support the sale of our Decorative Paints in the B2B sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in Sales and Customer Service who is keen to develop their career in the Decorative Paints market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Support: Assist in managing and supporting an existing client base in the B2B sector and help develop new customer relationships.
• Client Visits: Visit clients on sites to understand their needs, provide product information and ensure good customer service.
• Prepare Quotations: Assist in preparing and following up on competitive quotations based on clients' needs.
• Customer Assistance: Provide basic guidance and assistance to clients on product selection and usage, with support from the technical team.
• Product Knowledge: Show willingness to learn about our products and industry developments to be able to communicate key features to clients.
• Relationship Management: Help maintain positive, long term relationships with clients to ensure good service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Maltese
• Valid driving licence
• Interest in Sales and Customer Service; previous experience in Sales, Retail, or a related building materials environment will be considered an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of paint products is a plus, but not essential. Training will be provided.
• A positive and customer focused attitude.
