Position Overview:
The company is seeking to recruit a full time Retail Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, organised and motivated to deliver an excellent in store experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations of the shop;
• Inventory management and stock control;
• Visual merchandising and product display;
• Assisting customers and providing a positive overall customer experience;
• Operating the till and accurately handling cash transactions;
• Maintaining shop upkeep, cleanliness and organisation;
• Adhering to company policies and guidelines;
• Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Applicants must be regularly residing in Malta;
• Non-Maltese nationals must be in possession of a valid work permit;
• Good communication skills and fluency in English is essential;
• Experience in a similar retail position will be considered an asset;
• Self-motivated, presentable, efficient and organised;
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
